  • I have never ever in all my years of fitness ever experienced a club so supportive and diverse as Tgen.As someone who is neurodivergent and has sensory needs, the gym is a beautiful safe space to move my body and have all the support I need from the trainers, who have a well of knowledge.And as a fat queer person as well, I’ve never felt so validated in a fitness space, and feel like this is my little buff family. There has never been a single drop of fatphobia here and I feel incredibly safe.I love Tgen an extraordinary amount. You might too.

  • I have never been one for a traditional exercise/gym routine, and always opted for team sports or other fun ways of moving my body, but Sam and the Tgen family have made me fall in love with weight lifting. The community and environment has been nothing short of welcoming and supportive no matter what kind of day you are having. The coaches all strive to work to your needs and goals, and everybody is considerate of communication and sensory needs. Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for my fellow queer and neurodivergent pals

  • I was determined to make a change in managing time for my health and fitness so in order for this to work, I needed encouragement, acknowledgement, support, time and recognition. Sam has been nothing short of amazing. Very early in my training, I had a health scare that limited my activities. Sam adapted my training to ensure I remained committed and more importantly he recognised the results I achieved. His enthusiasm spurred me on to increase my effort and ensure that I was learning to manage my food in a better way. I am learning all the time from Sam and he readily affords me the time for my many questions. Most importantly, he has made coming to training something I look forward to and enjoy….the sign of an excellent coach!!

The coaches foster an incredibly supportive and understanding community, where no one's needs are seen as difficult or an imposition, and everything possible is done to make people comfortable and happy.
