Built-in PT Sessions:
Each cycle includes a 1:1 personal training session/program review to discuss your progress, get in-person feedback, and make adjustments as needed. Held at T Gen Gym.
Add-On: Gym Access
Upgrade your membership to include full access to T Gen Gym, so you can train anytime and maximise your results.
Add-On: Weekly Coaching Feedback
Check-in regularly with your coach, submit training stats for review & feedback
