I was determined to make a change in managing time for my health and fitness so in order for this to work, I needed encouragement, acknowledgement, support, time and recognition.  Sam has been nothing short of amazing.  Very early in my training, I had a health scare that limited my activities.  Sam adapted my training to ensure I remained committed and more importantly he recognised the results I achieved.  His enthusiasm spurred me on to increase my effort and ensure that I was learning to manage my food in a better way.  I am learning all the time from Sam and he readily affords me the time for my many questions. Most importantly, he has made coming to training something I look forward to and enjoy….the sign of an excellent coach!!!
